Getlead CRM offered a focus on lead capture and nurturing, but fell short on managing complex sales pipelines.

Getlead CRM excelled at capturing leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel. However, its pipeline management features were a bit basic for our needs.

Pros

The lead capture forms and email marketing automation were very effective in generating and nurturing leads.

Cons

Getlead CRM lacked the depth of features needed to manage complex sales pipelines with multiple stages and automation workflows.
