Bigin offered a visually intuitive and affordable CRM solution, perfect for managing simple sales pipelines.

Bigin surprised me with its unique Kanban board-style interface. It was a great option for our small sales team to visualize deals and collaborate effectively. The affordability was another big plus.

Pros

The visual interface was a breath of fresh air compared to traditional CRM layouts. It made tracking deals and pipeline management very intuitive.

Cons

Bigin's feature set is more limited compared to its Zoho CRM counterpart. It might not be suitable for businesses with complex sales processes or extensive automation needs.
